What is causing your joint pain?

Your fingers ache, your back hurts, it takes a while for  you to get moving in the morning, and aches and pains during the night prevent you from getting a good night’s rest.

This is what a mild case of arthritis feels like...

The word “arthritis” encompasses literally hundreds of different ailments, including gout, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis. But if it had to be explained in the simplest of terms, it is a degenerative process of the joints that is often accompanied by inflammation and pain.

One of the most unfortunate and biggest myths in society is that we must accept arthritis as an inevitable part of ageing. If this were the case, how could we explain the fact that many people don’t contract arthritis and sail through their 80s and 90s with no joint pain?

What are their secrets to an arthritis-free life? The truth is, suffering from arthritis need not be inevitable. In many cases, we can prevent this painful joint disease and live life without being burdened by it. In fact, with proper diet, proper exercise and a little determination, you may never have to know just how painful this condition – which seems to be reaching epidemic proportions – can be.

That may sound like a bold statement. But for everyone suffering from this degenerative disease, relief could come a lot easier than you think, just by finding the source of your pain…
